Talk to me abou stall converters
So I have never driven a car with a high stall converter. I found a well built convertible Automatic with cam, internals, bmr suspension and a 3200 or maybe 3400 stall converter. Overall the car seemed normal and ran fine. The issue I am struggling with is that it seems jumpy when in gear idling. By jumpy I mean if you put it in gear and just let off the brake, it's really jumpy not a smooth roll. Almost in harmony with the cam loping.
Is this normal? Doesn't it have to do with the stall converter? Thanks for the insight.

What size cam? More than likely it needs more converter or more tuning.
