Why does Texas get its own edition of a truck? That state could not possibly have a bigger ego. I voted for the Silverado for the Chevrolet badge, but I cannot endorse the idiots who purchase a product because it has a map of Texas on the badge.

I just think that Texas is overrated. Maybe the overrating is the biggest thing about Texas.

I think the only reason they make a Texas edition is because more trucks are sold here than any other state. That would have to be my guess. They have been making a Texas edition for every make for 10 years or better. When you are sending most of your product to one state they give you a special edition. This is only a guess tho...
