Wind Noise Under the Hood

My 2015 Z51 has developed a really annoying 'wind' noise under the hood. Once I hit about 45 MPH, it sounds like flapping paper or plastic. I took it to the dealer and as yet they have no clue what is causing it. They have used a stethoscope and hear the noise clearly (not that you need a stethoscope), but can not determine its source - other than it is related to speed and wind. They have not seen any other complaints or reports of this in their databases.

The car only has 13,000 miles on it, and the noise just developed over the past month or so. They have my car now, and are going to try to isolate the sound via trial and error.

Any ideas/suggestions?
