Moderator needed; feedback issue

There was an issue in the Marketplace with another member, where thye are selling product that multiple people have been having troubles with. We have posted about it, requested repair/refunds/something, and the seller is now going around and leaving negative feedback for the people who had issues with his product.

Each of these people paid promptly when they were supposed to, and tried to remedy the situation with the seller, and are now being given negative feedback, who is someone we can talk to about this?

How is he getting away with manufacturing a product and selling it here without being a sponsor of the site? It's not like he is selling a used item - he is manufacturing a product and selling it on the forum. He needs to pony up and become a sponsor or knock it off. I won't buy new items from people who aren't sponsors. Sponsors pay for this place.

I find it funny how I hold up my end of the bargain, and paid instantly, but i get negative feedback. Makes sense right?

As soon as the mods take notice to this, they will fix it. Selling a product here without buying a sponsorship is a big no-no.

The Seller was banned but mods cannot edit iTrader comments. Tran will have to do that and it has been reported to him.

That's all well and good But now some of the people that have bought from him have no way of getting in touch with him. This board was their only link.
