Wtb ZL1 spoiler brake light harness

Looking for the gen 5 diy wiring harness to hookup a ZL1 spoiler brake light to my current SS set up.

I just spliced mine in into the brake light took me 20 min to do it all

I did the same, spliced into stock harness before the plug and unplugged the stock light

so im having trouble with my ebay zl1 spoiler. I spliced the connecter behind the panel on the passenger side(from what I read is the third brake light) positive to white wire and the to the black wire. but its not working . not experienced with this can someone tell me what im doing wrong? or what the problem might be?

You connecting both the spoiler wires on one of the wires on the harness?

no both on separate one to white other to black I also tried positive to whit and then a ground but that didn't work either

How do you get to the wiring for the third brake light in the rear window? Seems like a pain of taking interior paneling out just to get the package shelf panel out. Just wanted to know how you guys got to the wiring and spliced in at.
