Does anyone know this car? (CTS-V)

My buddy is looking at getting a CTS-V. It's about the only car that will comfortably seat 5 and an older high mileage V is the only car that is in his price range.

He's thinking about looking at this one on Craigslist and I was wondering if anyone might know the car? It's been to Slowhawk for at least a little work, but as far as I know the car is originally from North Carolina...

Don't know owner but it's a rebuilt title loaded with mods..hard to believe it's never been tracked or at least driven like it lol
