New used DD

My wife an I have been searching for her a new DD for the past few weeks to replace her 2013 Equinox. The equinox was an ok vehicle, nothing spectacular but got her from A to B with out issues. She was honestly just getting bored with the car and in 2 1/2 years only put 19K miles on the car. So we started our search.

Of course her first car of choice was another 5th Gen, but with two kids under 6 and another being planned for next year sometime it's just not in the cards right now.

Her second car of choice was another G8 GT. That had my vote, but finding one with decent miles, that was in good shape and wasn't priced over 23K was hard to find (impossible really). We found a red G8 with 75K miles priced at 18K in the next town over so we figured we would just go check it out and see what we thought. Well once we got there the car looked like it had a hard life, and had cloth seats so that was a no go for sure. The car parked right next to the G8 was a beautiful white pearl 2009 CTS with the DI 3.6.

Once she saw the CTS she fell in love and had to drive it. A quick test drive was all it took for her, she wanted it. So I talked to the salesman and we worked on the numbers and we are now the proud owners of a Cadillac CTS. For the car for 17500K OTD and they gave us far more than I expected for our Equinox so I'm happy. She absolutely loves the car, so brownie points for me

Has anyone on here ever owned one of the 2nd gen CTSs with the DI 3.6? I'm just wondering if there is any trouble areas I need to keep an eye out for, or anything that might come up with the car?
