HUD display tilted slightly to the right.

I just got my C7 a few days ago and I notice the HUD display is tilted ever so slightly to the right - or clockwise.

Normally the streets are banked slightly to the right for water drainage, so it's not noticeable then. However, when on a flat surface, such as my driveway, I can tell it is tilted, or rotated, slightly to the right. It's rather easy to see when I align the lateral "g" scale to a horizontal portion of my garage door. They should be parallel, but of course they are not. And, of course, now that I have noticed it, that is all I look at. LOL

So, am I the only one to have this HUD problem? If there are others, was the dealer able to rotate the display so it's level?

I imagine the HUD projector can be rotated slightly, but I have not brought this up with the dealer. Your opinions, suggestions, would be appreciated.

When I first got my Stingray over a year ago, a few people were mentioning a similar issue. I did not have it myself, but I did notice that depending on what height I set the seat and the angle I looked through the windshield at, the HUD would appear curved or tilted on occasion. This makes some sense, as the windshield is both sloped and curved, and the HUD image is reflected off the inside surface of the glass. Try a different viewing position to see if that may be what you're experiencing. While it is certainly possible the HUD is crooked, the problem may be simpler.

I've not noticed it on my 2014. It's not a great day here in Jersey but I'll take a closer look when next I am out.

I tried changing the position of the HUD today, but with no change. It still appeared tilted. However, as I stated previously, it is a small amount. Thanks for the replys.

I went to the dealer today and mentioned this HUD tilt problem to their Corvette maintenance expert, and he said this is a well known documented problem. Corporate knows of the problem, but there is no fix because it's built into the car without any adjustment. It's hard to believe their quality control people could have missed this.
