yea thats what i was thinking buttonwillow.

maybe we could have a big track day if everyone chips in. That would be a blast. Then all stay at the closest hotel for a night. That would be really fun.

I am down for meeting anyone anywhere. San Jose is only 6 miles from me, so I don't think that is half way. However, San Louis Obisbo is half way between the Bay and So Cal.

San Luis Obispo sounds good to me. Plus I have family there.

I would say Buttonwillow would be our best bet. I think sometime in summer of next year, we should have a Meet in LA on say Friday night, stay over night and cruise up to SF on Saturday, then have the SoCal people drive back home on Sunday. Would take up a weekend, but we could do it annually. =) Imagine how many 5th gens cruising up or down I5 and how cool it would look going over the grapevine...

Monday-Friday would cost 4,300$/day to rent the track.
4900$/day for weekends on non-premium months.

So if we get 50 people to go to the track it would only cost less than a 100$. Thats for the whole day and we would get alot of track time cause we would be the only ones using the track that day.

That would be the best- Track during day, party at night with everyone at the hotel

No doubt.
Now we just need someone to video tape all of us driving together.
I'm sure my sis would be up to the task

I could start cordinating the event. I could talk to the raceway and to a hotel close by to see if we could get a group discount rate.

When should we try to do this event? Sometime early next year? We could do this annually like how the Supras do it in Vegas. Camaros Invade ButtonWillow

Trackday, Car meet in parking lot of hotel and party there, have a huge breakfast at a restaurant before everyone parts ways.

Any hotel in thie economy would be happy to have so many rooms booked. I am sure we could get a Camaro 5 rate. Anytime is good with me.
