Greetings from the "dark side"

I got obsessed with fast cars ever since I got out of high school, that was 17 years ago. The bug never left and there is no end in sight.

Test drove a 2013 Camaro ZL1 6 speed in Raleigh, NC last year and really fell in love. Everything in this car appealed to me. The power, sound, looks, just its personality.

Here to research the car itself and learn more about it. I usually do that before I buy a performance car. Done so with both cars in my signature.

I do see there are a lot of used ZL1's around and the price takes a dive.

This is probably a few years away as I am making some changes in my life (like moving out east)

I am really digging the Hennessy HPE750 package.

In general I appreciate all kind of cars.

Cheers.

P.S: not planning on getting rid of the ISF.

2. How many fast cars does a single man need? My answer is: the more, the merrier.

Couple of quick questions

1. What are the "weak spots" or problem areas of this car?

2. Can you buy the RECARO seats alone if the car didn't come with them?

Welcome!

Some say one of the weaknesses is visibilty.

Yes, you can buy the recaros separately, but they aren't cheap.

Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!
