I have one:

About 6 months ago, I had one of the luckiest days of my life.
I was at the gym on a Saturday night and was working out with a buddy of mine who drives a G37, he had been going on and on about wanting to race me. It was late and I was tired but its hard to turn down a challenge sometimes. Especially because this guy likes to make a competition out of everything.

So we turn out of the gym on to a 4 lane road and we both start downshifting. 3 honks and we go! Of course I easily beat him as he is mostly stock. Then as we are approaching a red light we see the lights of a LEO pop on about 3/4 of a mile back. We had both planned on turning left, and to make sure only one of us got pulled over, I decided to turn right (Not flooring it or anything even close to trying to flee) Just as if it was normal traffic. Of course the officer chooses me and my buddy proceeds to drive off. I pull into a parking lot, roll down my window and shut my car off. He approaches and is VERY upset. Begins to lecture me about how stupid I am, I am only responding with "yes sir" as I have learned it is best to just be respectful.
He goes back to his cruiser and talks with his partner. Runs my tag and info and returns. Begins with saying "Okay I am writing you a citation for reckless driving, drag racing, and speeding going 88 in a 40, it is a $650 dollar fine and you will need to appear in court on this date for your reckless driving charges......AHH JUST KIDDING! YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE LOOK ON YOUR FACE!" and begins to laugh.

I am shocked, look back and his partner is even cracking up too. He then proceeds to tell me that he is just giving me a "verbal" warning. No paperwork at all. Then tells me how he loves my car and has driven and worked on mustangs his whole life. Then tells me that if he does catch me again then he will write me a ticket, and to just keep it on the track.

My turn. Last friday (the 30th) I was on I10 east going to park my semi truck (acid hauler for oilfeild). The speed limit is 65 and no trucks in the left lane. I was so anxious to get the hell out of my work truck and into my ss that i did not pay attention at all and was in the third lane doing 78 right on past a d.o.t officer.

I had no clue until he lit my ass up with the christmas lights! I glance down at my speedo thinking holy s**t this ain't gunna be good. Well I signal and exit to the truck stop into a park, by the time he is at my window I have my registration, log book, dl, and "previous work id" (alameda county sheriffs office) lol. I hand everything off to him and was very polite as always. He asked me if I had any idea why He pulled me over and I replied probably a few why?

Once he laughed and looked at my id I figured I was probably ok. It gets better! Parked next to me was a 2011-2014 Ford F250 platinum pulling a huge titanic of a boat. He asked me how wide did i think that boat was and I guessed 8 ft maybe. He said no way, its more like 10 or 10.5 and they did not have an oversized banner on the truck nor flags. He tells me since im previous l.e he is not citing me (btw Im not, I just worked corrections in the jail but the sheriffs and jailors id's appear the same).

He then advises the couple next to me to stay put while he runs their boat thru and measures it. This is after he tells me to have a great rest of the day and that he was going to screw them sideways!

Alabama highway patrol stopped these three clowns.Walks up to the car and drags the driver out and beats him senseless, tells him next time AHP stops him he better have his license in hand, waiting. Walks around to passenger and beats him senseless also.Tell him the next time an AHP stops him,he better have the registration in hand, waiting.AHP open up the back of the car and drags the rear passenger out, beats him senseless and tells him he was just making the passengers wish come true..The driver ask..how's that?. The trooper says...I know when y'all got down the road....he would've said....I wish that sob would've tried that on me.

Chased my own stolen Camaro

About 20 years ago when I was still a cop working graveyard shift, my wife's 3rd generation Camaro got stolen near the front lot of the PD!!! So much for security. We were experiencing 3-5 thefts almost each night of GM autos/trucks. I figured the car would be end up in Stockton and stripped on the "south side." About 30 minutes later I decided to take a drive over there in my little black and white police car and sure enough it passed by me traveling the other direction being followed by a stolen truck!!

I turned around to follow them and they hit the gas and were off! I was able to catch up to "my Camaro" but the dumbass driving lost it going into a corner and crashed into a parked car. Now, its 3:30 in the morning in the "projects" and I'm the only copper around so I did my best to try and catch him on foot but he ran off into a building before I could even get out of my car.

Needless to say I was pissed . The the entire right side of the Camaro was smashed in and was later totaled by the insurance company. Oh, and by the way, the other shithead driving the stolen truck drove by me looking for his buddy and then decided to crash head-on into the front of the cop car disabling it. He fled on foot and got away too! I had a lot of "explainin" to do that night about 3 wrecked cars but my wife ended up getting another newer Camaro out of the deal!

This summer, during July. My girlfriend and I were heading back north from the Jersey shore. For one reason or another, we decided to pull over on the shoulder of the Garden State Parkway and started a good old-fashioned make-out session.

After some time went by, I heard a knock on the driver side window.
A female NJ state trooper had quietly pulled up behind my char, walked over, peered in and found us just going at it.

We got a stern lecture about the highway emergency lane and sent us on our way without a ticket.

I'm just glad I zipped up my fly just a minute before she knocked, because we might have gotten in serious trouble. Also, I never bothered installing a license plate on the front of my car.

Now, when my gf says she's an innocent girl, I remind her of that Sunday on July.

Coming back from Camaro5Fest III in Arizona, 3 of us were traveling back to Texas (Caravan style). We were all traveling about 5 mph over the posted speed limit when we noticed a Texas State Trooper pulling up beside each of us then drove off and slowed down once he got in front of us. We each passed him and then he hit the lights. He pulled us over for no front plates. He let us all off with a warning and a picture.

So, I picked up my car on a Friday night from the dealer, my previous car was a 1991 eclipse so needless to say I was extremely excited and all I wanted to do was drive....

Anyways, Saturday morning I wake up and decide to drive to the beach (about an hour and a half drive) to start putting on some miles for the break in process.

Well, I am on my way out there on a highway where the speed limit is 50mph and I got caught behind three cars that were only doing about 45. So I come around a corner and there is a nice straight stretch in the road. Well of course, being only 20 at the time my temptations got the best of me. I decided to go ahead and pass all three cars since there was no one coming the other way. I was passing the second car and sure enough there is a state trooper sitting on the side of the highway. I wasn't watching my speed and going from my eclipse to my camaro it was night and day so it was way too easy to speed at first... I look down and I was doing about 75. I was sure I was getting a ticket (not even 24hrs after picking up the car ) and wasn't even going to try to talk my way out of it. Besides, how would you even talk your way out of going 25 over the speed limit and passing three cars...

So the officer pulls me over and asks for all my info and goes back to her car, she comes back and starts asking about the car. I explain I had just got it the night before and was just breaking it in. She just says, well it is a beautiful car and I wouldn't want you to mess it up so slow it down next time.

I couldn't believe it! All I could think at the time was that I have never been so lucky!

There's just way too many, I used to be a real troublemaker. The only funny ones were watching the cops look for me when I hid.

The day I got arrested for speeding, I was wedged into a Mustang police car, driven to an ATM for bail money, got out of jail 10 minutes later, the tow truck driver was waiting outside the jail with my vehicle, paid him and was on my way.

Thought I might fare decently in court since there wasn't much evidence. I went into the courtroom and there was a Judge, Prosecutor, Clerk, Cop, and me.

"All Rise" < that means me!!!!! Anyone here think they are leaving without making a donation today?
Didn't think so.

In 2001 shortly after buying my 2001 Lexus IS300, I was flying down a twisty downhill road. Came around a long curve and there was a cop in his car with a radar gun. I knew I was caught. He immediately turned on his lights and I pulled over.

He walked up to the car and asked what they always ask. "Do you know why I pulled you over?" I was like, yeah, I was hauling ass around those curves. He took my info and went back to his car. A few minutes later he came back, gave my license and registration back. He told me that he had been pulling people over and writing tickets all morning for speeding down the hill and I was the only one that didn't try to give him some B.S. story. He said I had a clean driving record and that I should try to keep it that way and sent me on my way with no ticket.

Got very lucky last Saturday. 5 other 5th gens and myself met at a rest stop before making our way to a car show further north. We got onto the turnpike from there and everyone floored it with me being the last car. The pack backs off as do I, and as we come out from under an overpass, a state trooper is parked with his finger on the trigger of his radar gun which he's aiming out the window. Turns out the lead car only slowed down because our exit was coming up, and his radar detector hadn't gone off, possibly because the radar gun wasn't acivated yet. We all just tip toed past him doing 65 or so in a 65. We were all VERY lucky, he would have nailed all of us.

Heres a link to the video. I stopped taping just before we saw him but he was sitting just after the next two overpasses and before the exit .
