I keep getting some of my email alerts go to my mail box and some go to my spam box how do I fix this.

This is an issue on your end, not ours.
There should be an option in your junk/spam folder to mark e-mails as 'not spam'. If you can't find it, just ask Google (especially if you use G-mail).
