Wouldn't there be issues hooking this exhaust up to a C7 that didn't come with NPP?

It depends. A good dealership may be able to program the NPP function into the car. Another possibility would be a custom on-off switch independent of any computer control. Or you could just remove the valves, install block-off plates over the holes and run in "loud" mode all the time. I suppose it comes down to what sound you want.
