posting pics in an album

can someone tell me how to make my pictures smaller when i make an album for my profile? when i go to my album and click on the pics they are HUGE! it's quite obnoxious lol!

You would have to resize the files on your computer then re-upload the smaller file size to your album. I would make a copy first of the file before you resize them so you can keep your original picture size. If you have Microsoft Picture Manager, I can talk you through how to do that. It's pretty easy. I used it to make the picture I use in my avatar small enough to fit.

Well, they're not giant unless you click on them, so don't click on them.

I don't know if this will help or not, but I did a search in Windows Help and found this--

Many common picture editing programs allow you to change the quality level of a JPEG picture when it is saved. When using the program, look in the program's Save As dialog box for an option to change the compression or quality level. The lower the quality (or higher the compression), the smaller the file will be when it is saved.
