vehicle maintenence/MPG software

I'm looking for software that will work on windows PC & Android that can communicate with each other to keep track of mileage, fill ups, and every time I do service to my vehicles.

I am familiar with a couple different apps for Android, but they are not able to sync with a windows PC software but I guess unless I'm looking for fleet software which is not very cost effective then I don't see any choice but to use Android :(
