club page join link missing

I have been hearing from new members that the link to click "join" that is supposed to be at the bottom of the Music City Camaro club page is missing. I checked settings & they appear to be set correctly. I tried looking at it not logged in & I could not see the link either. I thought I used to be able to see it even when logged in but not sure. I wondered if there is a max number of members & went in & purged folks who have not been on C5 for a couple of years but that did not help. We are currnetly working on another process for adding new members but we still want folks to be able to join the club on C5 to be able to start & comment on club threads. Help please.
