Heated Seats Issue
Now that it's gotten cold, I've been using the heated seats and noticed it takes about 15 minutes for them to get warm. I was wondering if this was typical or very slow.
It seems slow to me, my gmc Sierra gets warm in 5 and by 15 minutes in turning them down for being too hot. My 2010 Camaro was about the same. Thanks for your feedback. |

I've noticed a similar "warm-up" time on my Stingray, but as I've never had heated seats before, didn't think that was unusual. I have also noticed it seems to warm more quickly if the heater vent selection is one of the two settings that directs air toward your feet. But that could also just be coincidence.
The Stingray seat heaters do reduce from high heat to medium heat after about 30 minutes, at least in my car.
