Putting an LSA Engine in my 51 Chevy Pickup questions

Hello,

This is my first post here and I have some questions if you all don't mind. First, Does it make sense to increase the trucks HP if it doesn't hook up with the 556 that I'll have? It has all C4 suspension in it so it may or may not hook up. Corvettes of Westchester are doing the motor installation and they seem top notch and they're insisting on tuning it to the max.

Second, it has a 327 in it now and it's pretty loud, too loud. I'd like to leave it a little loud though and lumpy sounding. What can I do to help that along?

The truck is a 51, all satin black and bad ass so I'm pretty excited. Thanks all very much! Phil

Post some pics. And look into cutouts loud when you want it and quiet when you don't
