Nice build!! How difficult was it to remove the water tray on your hood extractor? Im thinking about deleting it all together.

@ White_SS/RS - It was very easy...* plastic clips hold it on under the hood!

If I was going to go new block I would go with a aluminum. These cars are pigs already. I would look into ERL or maybe warhawk block

What and where did you get the carbon fiber/polished caps? Look really nice. Will be following the build to see how it all turns out.

We are happy to be doing this build for 1 BAD 1LE. I have a couple more ideas for his build.
this is an M6 trans, so track times will be difficult to estimate. it will have a stock ported tb. I think everyone will be stunned when we finish up the underhood of this build! Last edited by BLACK10; 11-25-2013 at 07:49 PM. |

What is your main use of the car? Track or strip?
What are your plans to support the new power? I can already anticipate people calling and asking for the "black widow" package! Gonna be sweet man! |

@ Msmall143 - The main use of my car is for show and a Saturday/Sunday driver...this car will NOT be raced at the drag strip or circle track (as bad as I would like to!!!)...As far as supporting the new power, I'll see how long my clutch, tranny, and drive shaft hold up!!! The Black Widow theme was my idea, but if it will help Lethal racing's business, I would love to see more Black Widows on the road - But I have Serial Number 1!!! The guys at Lethal Racing are some of the best IMO, but first and foremost are good guys who just love modding cars like the rest of us, and get to live out a dream!!!

@ jksynergy - Not sure where Black10 (Nick @ Lethal Racing) ordered them from, that was his idea for the build!

That car is going to be massively fun to drive. Reminds me of that speed racer episode where there was this special car that went very fast they would spray the driver in the face with some special potion to handle the speed. Your going to need some of that spray. I'm curious as to costs of the phase builds, total parts and labor if your willing to offer the info.
