While the CTS-V should have ran a little quicker, it wasn't going to touch that S8..that thing was moving OUT.

Audi puts some crazy engines in their higher end cars. I still want an rs6 avant terribly. Twin turbo lamborghini v10 powered station wagon for the win!

The Cadillac driver lost this at the start. .23 to .08 reaction time kills in this kind of thing.

"Yeah, but most people won't know the difference of AWD...it just adds weight"

Why is no one saying it?

Because they are wrong

I think stock vs stock would be a little more fair. AWD is killing the Caddy off the line.

Even in the hands of journalists the stock 520hp Audi is still capable of sub 11 second quarter miles and higher traps the the Caddy. Sure it will be closer but there's no way a stock Caddy is gonna be able to get around one in the quarter.

0-60 in 3.5, and 11.8 in the 1/4. Stock. And 4600 lbs. My Word.

3 observations

1. CTS-V driver was asleep
2. S8 is over 100k so I would sure hope it hauls a$$
3. never own an audi out of waranty the reason the symbol look like the olympic rings as it cost the same about of money to host the olympics as keep a higher milage audi on the road.
