I am very impressed that the first few people that saw the crash ALL stopped to help. That would never happen in the US.

I have had no problem driving our car in the rain, but I did have a rain related problem. I went into some standing water at what I felt was a safe speed. I never had any loss of control, but the force of the water pushed up and out by the front left tire actually drove the plastic inner fender through the metal fender from the rear in that wheel well. I noticed it a few days later when washing the car, and was able to push it back. There is a slight ripple to the actual lip of the metal fender in the fender well area, but I am not worried. I just wanted to warn everyone that with this thin metal, this is a possibility.

he was lucky there was railing where it was. Could have been a lot uglier if he continued into oncoming traffic.
I didn't see him being "too" stupid on the roads. I've seen worse driving.

they weren't going to help the driver; they were going to raid the car's boot for vodka.
