Jamming to tunes, or listening to the sweet sounds of power?

I'm a bit of a musician, but obviously a car enthusiast too. I find that as I add more exhaust-enhancing mods, I listen to the tunes less and enjoy listening to my Camaro roar even more. With my cam install, I don't think I'll ever need the radio again! How about my C5 brethren? Am I alone in this line of thinking? Post your opinions.

the sound of Horsepower always wins for me , my 88 and 71 don't have radios and if we had the radio delete option on our 5th gens, my SS would have no radio, my 07 Impala SS is for blasting the Metal

The rumble of the v8 or any powerful motor is truly a piece of work and should be heard!

I look at it this way, Spend money on a sound system? or spend money on an Exhaust system? Exhaust takes it! I can't even remember the last time I listened to my radio.

Best regards,

Music on all the time. If its in the 60s and 70s I have windows down. If in 80s or 90s windows up. No matter what volume I listen to the music at I can still here the sweet sound of my Corsas.

When I'm crusing around town, it's the exhaust. But when I'm on the highway, it's the tunes.

I continue to pi$$ off my teenage daughter by always turning the radio down just to hear the car.
