Wow never spent much time on this forum but there sure is a lot of arguing and animosity among various car owners.

We all know that the more expensive and faster the car the cooler the owner and that penis size is inversely proportional to how much your car costs and how fast it is. For women of course it's penis envy for the latter.

Please remember though we are all way cooler than those who ride scooters and oversized tricycles with a giant basket between the rear wheels. For this we we should all be grateful We are part of a family, a band of cool Camaro owners. None are ever uncool. Some are just way cooler than others because they bought a different trim level.

So whether you drive an LS or soon to be available Z28 respect each other as we have a common bond that can never be broken uness of course you total you car, trade it in for a Mustang, lose your license because your family or doctor turned you in for being old, blind or senile, etc. Just don't call it a Cammy or 'maro and we will all be fine.

Can we make this a sticky?

You have some good points, but its the internet. A forum of thousands of people will eventually find something to argue about and pick at someone. Usually if something or someone offends you on the internet, your better off just letting go over your shoulder than getting worked up about it. I mean, it is the internet.

Anyway, IMO the knowledge and willingness of the members and vendors here to help far outweighs anything else. It's fun to watch the drama sometimes but that's not why I'm here. There's no real G8 community, but there's much history and passion for the Camaro which is very well reflected on this board. The mods are pretty cool too.

Silver's ugly. Vert's are for girls. The heritage grille is yucky. GM GFX are ricer. L99s have less power. Phoenix is a dumb city to live in.

Overall this is one of the tamest forums there is. The mods do an excellent job watching out for the personal attacks. What they can't do is come to someones house and console a person who's feelings get hurt by some trivial comment.

Some of the other forums are very, very scary.

Forums (like email) are very dangerous. No facial expressions, inflection or tone. That causes people to get bent out of shape over absolutely nothing. That personally amuses me. Especially when they request an honest opinion, and get pissed when they get it. LOL.
