Is the purpose of the fuel line just for looks?

Yes this is the fuel line that comes in the JDP kit, it is for cleaning up the engine compartment. I have since then bought an aftermarket fuel rail system.
You can get the heater hose relocation separate on JDP Motorsports' website and the retail on a new fuel hose is 75 bucks. this is 45 bucks and that's with shipping. The only thing you have to do is take the fuel rails off and rotate around 180 deg and it eliminates the black hose on top going to the fuel rail. The heater hoses will have to be removed with a separate kit. Here's a link to the instructions http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=186343 |
