I've had 3 vettes over the years and been waiting since 09 for the transformers vette to come out. Already had my license plate name picked. Have looked at hundreds of pics hoping for the last 4 years it would indeed be the transformers concept. These pics remind me that although I like the new vette alot and will definately get one asap, the transformers vette looks like its on steroids and I like it WAY MORE! I have a feeling the transformers vette may come out in a few years as a z06.

I honestly like the production version better. Concept was enormous looking.
They are very similar indeed. |

i liked the concept. it looked futuristic and retro at the same time. as wild as the rear seemed, it doesn't look as busy as the C7.

The C7 has to be street legal.. That goofs up plenty of cars. Then we modify it and make it better than factory. I love this game. My bank account does not:nono: |

Front and rear of the production car looks even better than the concept. Only the profile of the concept was better.

Concept's are designer visions...
of what may be possible, in a world of no rules... There are certainly some parallels between the two... The remained... and proudly on both! |

The concept belongs in a fictional movie... e.g. Dark Knight, Mission Impossible, Avengers, etc.
The new belongs in our driveways/garages... |

I REALLY like the rear hips on the concept. There huge and give the impression the rear wheels are even bigger. Also like the window/roof line angle.

I have spent hours and hours pouring over the C7 online and when I saw it at the Chicago Auto Show it sealed the deal. The evolution of the C5 from the C4 was a game changer IMO, the C6 from the C5 not as much (still love the C6). But the C7 from the C6 to me is as significant as the C2 from the C1. I love the enthusiasm this car is generating.
