I'm more impressed by the 375 mile range then the preformance. Electric drag cars have been around for a long while. Even saw a video of a guy that had a Datsun 510 converted to electric that he raced. I believe he was in the 10's with drag slicks. They were only good for about 3 or 4 passes before the batteries were drained though.

Some cool video's OP! I saw an electric car at the drag strip a couple years ago! That dam thing didn't make a sound and took off like a Rocket!
