Best selling car in California

Congratulations to the king of smug, the Toyota Prius.
Just sickening, Ca used to be the epicenter for car culture. Now ca is just a national embarrassment.

I drive a Prius at work, I love going 500 miles on the tank, and not having to get the key out of my pocket at all. Over all they are really nice cars.

After 5:00 pm I leave work in my Camaro

I have driven a Prius and while it wasn't that bad I still would not buy one. My cruze Eco does just as good and isn't a hybrid and is way cheaper.

That's because gas is 60 to 90 cents a gallon more in California than anywhere else in the USA

To bad alot people don't realize the new Chevy Cruze gets over 40 MPG, about the same as a Prius.

We got a Cruze LTZ recently for the wife and it is truly a very, very well built, nice solid riding car.

She has been getting around 35 MPG city and highway combined. On a recent trip to Charlotte we got 41 MPG,although I was trying hard to maximize.

I don't think you can compare the 2 the Last 5000 miles I've averaged 54mpg the cruise is not in the same league I'm afraid. They are really nice cars though.

Even though I'd never own one, I love the Prius and all super-economy cars...They keep the demand for gasoline down...and thus the gas price down for when I fill up my Camaro!...lol

Well, California has always been full of yuppies, hippies, and greenies. Thats why it has those stupid CARB standards and why manufacturers have had to build special versions of their cars since the 60's.
