CAFE Standards Information
Folks,
As there is much discussion about CAFE standards here is a great Wikipedia article that explains it. What I like it explains the Fleet fuel economy. Which basically means if they sell a bunch of Chevy Cruzes @ 40 MPG when can sell a few Camaros and Vettes @ 26-30 MPH. The stuff is not 100% up to date, but at least the math is there. I think there is hope for a few more years of muscle cars. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAFE_standard Enjoy, Ryan |
