WEIRD!!!

I just drive up to the shop I use and on the 30 miles of highway I decided to try cruise control. I have never used cruise control on any car, I am 18 so haven't been driving long. It is the craziest sensation when you lift your foot off of the gas and the car just takes over. It worked great. The other thing is that when you push the little wheel thing next to it up, will speed the car up and down will slow it down. It is so weird. Sorry about a little rant discussing nothing of importance but I had to get it out. How many of you use cruise control on a regular basis?

Not unless I'm driving more than 3 hours.

I use cruise control at home whenever my wife starts talking.

In the car, only outside cities on the interstate.

Never used it over 3 years. I don't like the feeling that I don't have an instant control of the speed.

I use my cruise control to stay out of trouble.

So much in fact that the rubber 'wheel' is getting wore out.

I second that. Of course I do about 90% of my driving on base. Getting caught speeding there is very bad juju.

+1 on this. It is more efficient than you could ever consistently be and it keeps you out of trouble like others have said.
