That was awesome, it gave me goose bumps,yeah ZEP rocks,looks like im going to be trying not to blow my speakers up again tonoght,just got new ones(3rd time in 6 months)I was lucky enough to see them in San Diego in '77 just before John Bonham died :( as with Lennon can you imagine the music we would have if they were still with us. ZEPPELIN ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont post much in your threads but you contribute some of the best off topic stuff of anyone. Much appreaciated! As a teen in the early 70's I grew up with Led Zepplen, 10 years after, Ted Nugent and the Amboy Dukes, Marshall Tucker, etc. and stairway to heaven is still one of my favorites of all time. So much of my early years were shapped by these groups.

Ready for this....
I never got to see Led Zepplin live but I did get to see Jimmy Page at this show in Dallas. Best concert I ever attended and was front rown. (need to find my old pics)
It's the Ronnie Lane Appeal for ARMS show in 1983. They did 4 shows in the US and a couple in Europe. Page, Beck & Claptan all on stage together. Some great solos in the second half of this one. Then Page comes out with the double neck guitar and cranks out Stairway to heaven under a single purple spotlight
