Well I'm not totally new - I've been lurking around Camaro5 for the better part of a year now - I've only recently been more active in the forums, so I thought I'd introduce myself:

My name is Rob. I'm from St. Charles, IL. I live with my wife (just got married in May) - I'm an IT technician. I've got 2 Bachelor's of Fine Art Degrees in 3D computer animation and Video Game Art and Design.

A little about my car - I purchased my 2010 SGM in October of 2011 - found an amazing deal with hardly any miles on it. It's a 6 speed, and the price was really lower than my expectations. This is my Lamborghini, and I say this because I can only imagine that someone that drives a Lamborghini gets the same amount, or maybe even fewer head turns, random compliments, and whatever else. I get people stopping me while I'm driving and telling me how awesome my car is. I never could have imagined the reactions I get. Either way - Permagrin installed.

I'm a huge Transformers nerd. This you should know, so getting a Camaro after the movies (which I'm more into G1), but I liked the movies all the same - It was a given. But since I didn't get (and wouldn't) a yellow camaro, I felt this was a tainted, or evil version of Bumblebee - Which is why I have my License plate:

Anyhow you can see me cruising in my Camaro everyday of the year as it is my daily driver. This might change eventually as I don't know that Chicago winters and a body kit really work out well. *I don't have the body kit yet*

Altma, CONGRATS on the new ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

hello, im from saint charles , illinois. moved down to el paso because of the military. bauot 3 or 4 months ago i bought a ls. but im trading it in for a 2013 zl1, custom ordered.
new here, dont really know anyone.
