Super excited to join the gen5 club!
Won an auction for a 2011 Summit White 1LT RS Camaro!
 I pick up the car on thursday and I can't wait!! I've been all over these forums for weeks and have a million ideas to mod it. First things first, powder coat the rims and tint the windows!  Just wanted to get my first post on the website! Any idea how dark I should do the windows? is 30% enough or should it do 20%? |

mine is 20 % usually 20 and 30 both are illigal.. i got one ticket for tint in 8 months !
so if ur doing it wrong.. might as well do it in style and get 20% LOL

It was a credit union auction. I live in California so its illegal to tint the front but most people do it anyways. My buddy got pulled over with a 30% and the cop didn't even mention it. Maybe I should do that, a ticket does not sound fun. Sorry to hear about yours!

I just moved to CA a week ago and I'm debating the same thing..... Just how dark to tint. Good luck with your decision and enjoy the ride.
