Help posting pics and uploading please

Hi I'm new in here and cannot figure out how to post a profs pic or post pics in threards? Any help would be great!!

best if you have a photobucket (or another photo host) account you upload pics to, then just put a link in your thread.

I think most people use tinypic.com then paste the IMG link in the post?
