Camry 100k service recommendations?

The wife’s '06 Camry is coming up on 100k pretty quick. I'm just trying to get together a good list of what I should probably do preventative maintenance wise. Seems I get different answers everywhere, even the owner’s manual vs Toyota service website.

Here what I have so far:

Oil change with high mileage oil
Tranny flush
Brake flush
Coolant flush
Timing belt
Water pump
Spark plugs and wires
PCV valve
Filters (air, cabin, fuel)
Battery (don't remember how old it is)

Which of these can I do myself fairly easily? I live in an apartment with no jacks or anything but I'm sure I can do at least filters and the PCV valve and the plugs (not sure how much work wires are)

What do you guys recommend for 100k and how much do you think I should expect to pay for this stuff at a local mechanic?
