Our new Custom Exhaust
I just got the ARK DT-S Stainless Cat-Back put on my 2012 camaro recently. I love the ARK System and I appreciate all the information that I found out about it on this forum. (You are great people)
I have to admit that it was painful to buy a stainless system built by somebody else, when it's what we specialize in when it comes to motorcycles. I figured that the ARK is a plug and play system and that it would be better to just penny up and go with a plug and play system that already has the drone issue figured out for my daily driver. Having said that, I thought that I would share what we do in our shop with stainless motorcycle exhaust. Winter totally bites in Washington State, so we have to find some hobbies to keep us from going crazy. Total white out blizzard here right now. So I'm out working on one of our bikes in the shop. We seem to have hit a niche in the custom bike scene. Sold our last 4 customs to people in Italy. This is our 70 Trident. (That is "Ryan Stiles" from the show, "Who's Line is it Anyway?" with "Drew Carey" checking it out during the build) We hand made the exhaust and oil tank out of stainless. We specialize in stainless exhaust systems, turbos and intercoolers. So the Camaro will be stripped down and prepped for an intercooled twin turbo system next fall. I've included another picture of our cover bike in Hotbike this past year. (Please note that the exhaust system on the cover bike is made out of hand-rolled stainless sheet-metal.)
