New from Miami

Hi all,
I am a Software Engineer and I recently moved to the US from Brazil where a Camaro costs over US$ 100K.
I loved this new gen the very first time I saw it and it was a dream for me to own one some day.

Now that I moved here and needed a car I did everything I could to buy one (since I am new in the country I have no credit history so that doesn't help me... required to put 50% down and very high interest rates) that's why I am starting with the 2LS... lower price, higher mileage (not in my first days lol) as I will be using it to comute to work. From my tiny 2004 Peugeot 206 1.6L in Brazil to a 2012 Camaro 2LS is more than I could ask for, so I can wait a while before I get a SS or a ZL1

This week I finally got my dream car and boy... it feels so good. I am living a dream.

TheB3, CONGRATS on the new ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.
