Makes a lot of sense if they plan on producing the 130R

Sweet! XLR was sexy, this could be even better!

In other news...I may win the lottery before I die.

GM will tell us this...show us a dazzling concept that will make us all drool...the Japanese will copy it, tweek it and put an L badge on it and have it in showrooms before GM even paints the first CTF car. Two years later, the design will be stale and the Caddy will rot in the showrooms because everyone who wanted one bought one at Lexus two years prior.

Here is an Idea GM...Show us a PRODUCTION ATS ROADSTER at a major car show on Saturday...and have them available in the showroom on MONDAY. Do it right for a change.

I kind of liked where Cadillac was going with the XLR - like an upscale take on the Corvette. I realize the market for said vehicle is very small but would be interesting to see a sexy Cadillac coupe with the LSA, all the gadgets and a posh interior to compete with the BMW 6-series, Mercedes SL, Audi S5's of the world.

Yeah ... Toyota can really fast track things. Is that why their Formula 1 showpiece car (the LFA) hit the streets a year after the company pulled out of F1 racing, with an engine configuration that was dropped for the 2006 season?

No auto company can fast track a car like that... and get away with it.
