Cool hot rod pick up truck, but there is soooo many cheaper ways to get a 510whp Silverado, not to mention that the customer will probably get pulled all around town by modified diesel Silverado's especially from a dig.

They need to convince him to put a 3.4L Whipple or 3.6L Kenne Bell on top of his LS9 to turn it into a bad ass sleeper so he can play with the big boys, which he easily can do but only because he bought the fully forged and hand built LS9.

510whp is less the what some stock GT500's put down(521whp for mine) and same can be said about the future ZL1 and '13 GT500.

In 2012, 700whp is the new 500whp amongst us big boys.

So this truck is still 4wd? I had this idea when the zr1 1st came out but except 2wd version with the Independant rear and lower to the ground.

I would give it +100 cool points if it still was 4wd and could perform boosted launches.

I'd rather have a LBZ Duramax. For less than that Silverado and LS9 cost I could make the LBZ an absolute MONSTER. As BigDan said, 500whp isn't THAT much, especially for a truck.

Seems like the new wow is 700 to the wheels to be honest. 600rwhp seems to be pretty standerd around here now
