Did you get your eBay settlement check today?

I got 3

one for $38.47 one for $39.83 and another for $18.17

They got caught ripping customers off, but to not have to admit it, agreed to pay everyone a % of finaly value fees to anyone who ever had an account.

I actualy have had 4 account total, only 3 were eligable for the settlement.
Didn't have to do anything, if you didn't want money you had to send in a letter not the other way around.

love how these corporate settlements come no where close to fully refunding people they money they were ripped off for. Which is why, if you want to sue for the full amount, you have to send in that letter saying "no, don't include me in this settlement cuz I'm gonna lawyer up and get my money's worth dammit!"

Yes, $25.00 for a plastic engagement ring set from a Cracker Jack box which I ordered on E-bay but it was never mailed to me.
