Long time Camaro Owner checking in

Hello Camaro5,
I have been following your site from the beginning but have not registered until now. Today was a very big day for me so I thought it would be a perfect time to join. You see, I just came back from one of the local Chevrolet dealers where I just placed my order for an Imperial Blue Metallic 6 Speed Manual ZL-1. I made a reasonable deposit and in return got all the paperwork and receipts to make me realtively certain that in a few months I will be picking up this beast. I look forward to years of posting on here.

For my current cars, I own a 2005 Pontiac GTO 6 speed manual with some modifications that is my daily driver. It has Kooks long tubes with a custom exhaust with an X-pipe and Flowmasters, K&N Cold Air Kit, Diablosport custom tune, IAT sensor relocation, DBA brake package, yellow Koni shocks and custom gauge pod. I will be selling this car to buy the ZL-1.

My toy is a 1968 Camaro that I have owned since 1985. It is a 355 small block with Tremec 5 speed, 3.73:1 12 bolt posi, 4 wheel disc brakes and 17 inch Foose wheels.

I will post up some pics when I get some more time.

ZL1 TIBS, Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.
