Hello, New Member in FL

Hey guys just thought I should introduce myself, this forum looks great and a wealth of information. I just ordered a 2012 2LT Transformers 3 Edition today. I can't wait for it to be delivered sometime in late December is what the dealer told me. Would be great if you guys could give me some ideas of some upgrades and also what you think of the Transformer Edition. Thanks!

Welcome to the C5 crew!
Quick mods you may consider,
Cold Air box, axle or cat back pipes. I'd say long tubes & fast cats but run under warranty before going that far. These will get that meaner tone.
Some other quick mods -
Window tint, Lloyd floor mats, AAC lights or side markers.
Of course it will look good off the lot. Mods just give it a bit of your own personality. Enjoy, & hope its home for Xmas!

Forget the headers... the new heads on the LFX have the exhaust manifolds incorporated into them so you can't add headers.

You will probably want a cold air intake... I'd suggest either an Injen or a CAI. The Vararam won't fit on the 2012's because of the location of the radiator cap unelss they do a redesign and that will take a while.

You will probably also want an upgraded exhaust... there is an exhaust examples thread in the V6 section where you can listen to them. I have the MRT v1.0 and I LOVE it. BEST upgrade I've done.

Look around, there will be lots of other stuff you'll want to do, but those will probably be first.

Welcome & Congrats!! I just moved from Tampa a few months ago!! As far as mods my firsts r always exhaust & window tint. CAI r a nice upgrade as well!! Have fun with ur new love

2012transform, CONGRATS and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in them...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wive's, husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.
