What would you do as a father if you just found out your ex wife had been letting your just turned 13 yr old daughter spend the night with a 15 year old boy????

I would be getting custody. She isn't fit to be a mother if she thinks that's okay. Get a lawyer. Call protective services. This advice only works if your not a nut case with a ton of issues too. Sorry, but I don't know you. You must not be too bad to realize that a 13 year old girl staying with a 15 year old boy is wrong. Also, you could try talking to the boys parents. They must be crazy too.

The sad part is, her mother let her other daughters do the same thing when they were that age and I tried to stop that , and low an behold one of them got pregnant at 14!

I have tried to tell my ex she needs to start enforcing certain rules and boundaries! But all she says is "Its a teenage thing" my ex is an idiot!!!

pay someone to get someone to find someone to pay someone to go beat her ass and handicap her so then you will get the kid because she is no longer fit to support her kid.

Total joke by the way, don't do that, but if you do pay cash so that there isn't a paper trail and it can't be traced back to you. lol

I'm not sure there is any legal action that you could take though and child protective service wouldn't do anything about that.

She ain't worked in 8 months! Got fired from her job! Living off her semi wealthy boyfriend who isn't working either! So breaking a leg or something, JK, ain't gonna help either! As far as DFACS goes, that is my last resort! Once they get involved it's for life!

Don't let her go over there. Seems like the obvious decision. If the EX protests, you will have something to discuss with the authorities.

We have split custody, one week on one week off! But the kicker here is my kid ain't been to my house in almost 2 months! Her mom won't make her and my daughter doesn't have the right to say she doesn't want to come until she's 14! Which I am currently working on right now with my lawyer! Contempt of Court!

The reason she don't want to come to my house is the fact I have rules and boundaries and her mom doesn't! She let's her come and go as she pleases!

That is some crazy stuff, most of the time this ends up with the girl getting pregnant, i know a couple people this has happened to. Having sex at way to young of an age, They are having sex before I even had my first kiss lol

I think some women do it on purpose, hoping it gets back to the father to piss him off and/or trying to get the father to contact the mother. just my .02
