Can't upload pics from Iphone or Ipad to share on Forums...please help!!

I wanted to share photos of my camaro but can't get the pictures from my Ipad or Iphone 4 on to the forums.
Before I would upload to imageshack etc and get a link to post, but it won't let me choose a file to upload.
Every site I read said to "connect to computer and upload" , well my iPad is my computer and that in the iPhone is all I have.
There has to be a way to get them up, someone please help I have been trying for two hours now

Only way to upload from an iPhone or iPad is via tapatalk

Thanks, just saw that it's an app. Payed the $2.99 I'm downloading it now. Hope I can figure this out
