Picture not uploading in garage

ok so i can not figure out how to upload pictures in my garage.
i uploaded a few when i first joined but now it will not let me add anymore?
is there a certain format or size req im not seeing?

the garage limits picture size to 800x600. You need to resize your images and then they should work.
