Ren's Toothache
It's classic, it's hilarious, and it still makes me wince after all these years. Ren and Stimpy FTW. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go brush my teeth again...  EDIT: This is the grossest SFW cartoon ever. If you can't watch this, don't ever go to a Spike and Mike's animation festival

Wasn't there a cartune that was truly bizarre called "The Oblongs" in which the father character had no limbs, just a torso; the wife was a sluttish cocktail waitress; the daughter was a 'Goth'. Right?
