F-Body 40th. Anniversary in Detroit

Well I am back from Detroit and the 40th. Anniversary of the F-Body and the 50th. Anniversary of the 57 Chev. Had a great time! Saw the Heritage Centre for the second time and the Ford Museum. The museum is fantastic and I recommend it to anyone going to Detroit. Lots of great cars and renewed some past acquaintences and made some new friends. I took my two boys with me for a boys trip before they both go away to school.

That's awesome! Did you get the chance to snap any pix for us? I could only imagine how packed that 40th Fbody Ann. had to be. I would have LOVED to have gone. One of these days...when I have the time, the cash, and am not immediately tied down w/ all the responsibilities....I'll be there.

did any michiganders go to the dream cruise down woodward Ave and see the concept camaro, i went out to dinner with my family and wasnt able to go this year. i got home only to find out that the brand new concept camaro would be cruising woodward

i was so upset i didnt get to see it

did anyone else see it in person or get any cool pics?

I wish I could have gone, I might have actually gone if my grandma didn't have to go "upstairs" anyway, here's a few I found on google:

That's the Truck that basically said "screw you" to the Challenger, remember you guys?

And now, that I look closer, that last pic, there's a Ford Sign up behind the Truck. :eek:
