Help with Profile

Hi, im relatively new to this site and this is my first post. I finally had time to take pics of the car after hours of strenuous detailing. Im simply trying to upload these pics to the Camaro5 forum garage and my profile. Why do i keep getting a broken picture symbol where the picture should be? It also says "upload failed." I know that the pic format should be either .jpeg or .jpg, which is the format the pic im trying to load is in. Is there a max file size? Is that a certain resolution that it needs in? Any suggestions would be great! I want to start posting but not until i can get my profile/garage is updated

These are the specs according to the upload area.

Maximum File Size per Picture 781.3 KB
Maximum Picture Dimensions 1,300 by 1,200 Pixels
Pictures will be automatically resized to fit within these constraints if possible. However, you may receive better results by doing it manually.

Thanks for the help! You've pinpointed the problem. The pic file size is too big and the resolution is off. As soon as i figure out how to downsize it, i should be able to get it uploaded.
