I HAVE RETURNED
HEY GUYS I'M BAAAAACK!!!!.I know i haven't been on the site in a good klong while.there is a very good reason for that.I for one thing tore my acl in my right leg on march 4th,2010.had surgery on april 2nd,2010.I returned to training on November 5th,2010 back to day 1 of a bran d new company(DELTA COMPANY 1-81).I just graduated this past saturday and I'm currently stationed with ther 3rd Infantry Division,2nd brigade.I'm currently in reception here at Fort Stewart,Georgia doing inprocessing and won't be getting my company until next wendsday.I plan on buying my new car on saint patrick's day.I do have a bit of dark news to tell yall.2 of the guys i did basic and ait with died not even 24hrs after getting to Ft.stewart.what had happened was we had a 14hr bus ride ontop of getting 0-4hrs of sleep the night before due to cleaning and packing our gear.one of the guys who died was in my platoon.i somewhat knew him.not as well as i did a few others.he was only 19 and a native of the surrounding area here in ga.the way how they died was they went down to Florida to pick up another guy's ride this is mindful of a 14hr bus ride as i said.we got there at 1:30am some like me didn't get done until 7am.there was like 100 of us on 2 buses.they rented a car and drove down to pick up the guy's car and because either they got hit by a drunk driver or on the drive to or from Florida the driver and or the passenger fell asleep at the wheel and wrecked. The way how i find this out is monday evening formation the SERGEANT MAJOR of the battallion tells the company what happened. He doesn't know for sure what happened but he assumes that the driver fell asleep at the wheel because the lack of recovery time from the bus ride and graduation.(no time to let the body adequately rest).
I don't want to sound like a traitor but I'M looking at 3 cars. Choice a:2006 Pontiac GTO 6.0 auto or Manual Choice B:2002 Ford SVT Lightning F-150 Choice c:2007 Subaru WRX STI |
