Thank god for dragracing & flipping log truck drivers

well over the weekend it snowed just enough to make the lawns look pretty & it stayed off the road for the most part.

So I went to work today & it was alittle icey, I go out to my main school & slide here & there because of some dragracing I know to let off the gas & get control back before sightly applying the gas.

Ok I get to the school not a real problem, & I get done a couple hours later & I start heading back in to town, this car cuts me off & I start to fish tail & slide So I let off, Then a log truck come up be hind me & hugs my back side

I go down a hill & start to slide again & this time hes sliding along with me NOT FUN

I let up & get control & start going again, this time when the concret is dry I get a head of him & then slow down in another icey spot, once again I start to slide & I back off & handel it well. Hes right back on my back side.

Of course I finally get back in to the office & tell my boss she said OH YOU WERE SPEEDING.

I like the ice and snow with my snow tires and Caprice. Other people sure don't know how to drive though... especially with those No Season (all season) sorry excuses for tires.
But i'm not going to rant...

I must say.. that I personally like driving in snow or ice.. at least in a 4x4 pick up truck that is.

I've got a good amount of experience from just messing around out in fields in the mud, snow, or icey that I do pretty well on roads when its bad out. But yeah I hate people that get up on your @rse when its crappy out...

Sadly.. Its usually me riding someones rear end lol

i like to give people nice little scares when they ride my bumper (when it's dry). i can only imagine the 'o crap' factor in your situation!

I was driving down highway 9 just now on my way home from work and there was a semi stopped right in the middle of the road, with all its lights off. I barely saw it in time and when I tried to brake I hydroplaned - I got traction back just in time to slide around it, 90 degrees to where I was sliding sideways down the road, and almost went into the ditch. Finally got my traction back and made it the rest of the way home without incident...

Talk about a pounding heart though.
