SHE THOUGHT.....
No picts but use your imagination,,,
So i drive over in my cgm to Sweetbay, i had to get some propane for the BBQ, and a pool solar cover. I park in the lot, not many cars..mid day,,,whew!! so i figure i will get the propane first as i am parked close by to the cage that holds them. I park the cgm close to one of them curbs on one side...4-5 spaces on the other side are empty. Great i think.... so i go into the store,,,get the clerk to take my propane refill order and off i go to meet her at the cage near the building,,,as i go through the automatic door openers...i see it,,,,,  "oh no" i say to my self,,,,damn,,,, here is a monster SUV...Door is open....3 kids running around this friggin suv..MOM is trying to load the cars groceries, I am now running towards her with my fat little  ass in gear,,yelling to her.."DON'T HIT THAT CAR".. No profanity at all...just that statement,,,she looks at me and says..." i know i am holding the door" As i approach after my initial outburst..she tells me.." I didnt hit your car" i smile  get in my car and go about my business...Well to make a story short,,i know, i know, i should know better, i tempted the car dings gods..  got away with it,,it will be a long time till i do that again...have a nice day all...luv ya man! ryd..

So it took you that long to go and put your propane order in for someone to park next to you, get the kids out, go in and shop and then come back out and load the groceries in the car? Damn, youre slow.
That or the monster SUV as you call it has doors that are 4 or 5 spots long. Something doesnt add up here. |

oh and furthermore, your last line says "I know better"... better than to what... drive your car to the store?
 Its a car dude... no wait, you know what, youre right, you should leave it in the garage and walk everywhere. That way the car will be safe and it would help your fat ass too.

What's worse is walking to the car and HEARING their door hit your car
. Happened to me a few months ago.... Parked out against a curb with plenty of spaces around. Kept and eye on it the whole time I was inside... and right as I walked out, an old beat up late 80's GMC van pulls up next to me and a guy jumps out and just lets the door swing out and SLAM! It's a good thing he walked the other way....  Of course it wasn't the fiberglass doors that don't ding.... had to be in the only piece of thin sheet metal
